Visual Logistics is a systematic approach developed by SCT Adviesdiensten B.V. for the logistic service providers.

With Visual Logistics we determine which aspects are important for management to take decisions. For those aspects monitoring systems are developed of which the results are presente din graphic format. By doing so, a dashoard is created which enables focussing, decision taking, internal communication etc.
