Despite the fact that since the publication of the BARIM decree (activitietenbesluit), less organisations need an environmental permit, amongst our customers there are several companies that are still required to have environmental permits. Examples are the IPPC companies, waste management companies, tank cleaning stations or BRZO companies.

We provide assistance in preparing permit applications, meetings with governmental bodies, evaluation of draft/final permits, preparing objection letters, reporting changes in the companies' activities etc.

Furthermore we carry out legal complinance audits (as required in standard ISO 14001 clause 4.5.2).
