The legislation for transporting dangerous goods, defines so called High Consequense Dangerous Goods (HCDG). This group of products might be subject to terroritic attacks or might be used for carrying out terroristic attacks. Organisation dealing with this group of products must set up a security plan and implement adequate security measures.
