Behaviour Based Safety is an approach which we introduced in our consultancy already many years ago. We are convinced that accomplished results remain for a short period of time only, if not well implemented in the culture of the organisation.
We use the BBS principles in our approach in general, however are also consulted for implementing projects that specificly focus on BBS. The objective is to achieve (near) misses and accident prevention & reduction and an increased SHE performance.

Via our e-learning center Scienta.org, we have developed a unique tool to help organisations to implement BBS. Our e-learning programme consist of theoretical parts as well as practical parts on the job.
