Balanced Score Card

 

The Balanced Score Card was developed by R. Kaplan en D. Norton. It operates as a management-tool for implementing the vision and strategy, a tool for communication of the objectives and measurements as well as the determination of strategic initiatives.

The Balnced score card determines 4 perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal operation and Learn & Growth. Derived from the vision and strategy of the organisation, related targets, measuring systems and intitiatives have to be developed for all levels in the organisation.
