In order to comply with the "Cargo Covenant" the sector organisaition "ACN" developed and published the  "Good and Secure Air Cargo Practices" program. A guidance (BRL 13001) was developed and functions as a tool for implementing Airtransport legislation.

The BRL 13001 can be integrated in ISO 9001 or ISO 28001 certification or TAPA certification.
